Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement agile BI strategies fostering a datadriven decisionmaking culture.
• Create visually compelling dashboards using Metabase and Looker Studio transforming complex data into actionable insights.
• Lead the design and maintenance of ETL pipelines ensuring seamless data flow and optimizing processes for efficiency.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and document business requirements ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Perform thorough data analysis to extract meaningful insights trends and patterns supporting strategic decisionmaking.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications working closely with IT teams for successful solution implementation.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute to continuous improvement in business processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or similar platforms.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex insights to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data analysis and manipulation.
• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
