Mergers Acquisitions Asspciate- Senior Level

• Assist in all phases of mergers acquisitions and securities transactions including due diligence negotiation and documentation.
  
• Draft and review transactional documents including merger agreements stock purchase agreements and disclosure documents.
  
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex finance and securities issues.
  
• Assist clients in navigating regulatory compliance matters related to securities laws and stock exchange regulations.
  
• Coordinate with internal and external parties including clients counterparties and regulatory agencies to facilitate transactions.
  
• Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on corporate governance and transactional matters.
  
• Stay informed about market trends and regulatory developments affecting finance and securities transactions.
  

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  
• Admission to the state bar and good standing with the state bar association.
  
• 24 years of experience in finance securities and mergers and acquisitions at a reputable law firm or financial institution.
  
• Strong understanding of corporate finance principles securities regulations and M&A transactions.
  
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
