responsibilities:

• search for and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers.
  
• develop an effective and accurate system for monitoring purchase orders.
  
• Adhere to company policy in getting the required quotations before buying.
  
• adhere to company policy in raising invoices and recording deliveries.
  
• manage inventory including current stock and new deliveries.
  
• ensures the accuracy of purchase orders.
  
• adjusts travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  
• promptly inform the company of any tickets issued against the company vehicle and report accidents injuries and damages if any.
  
• provide accurate time records of the company vehicle s coming and going.
  
• keep the company vehicle clean and properly maintained.
  

Requirements

• relevant experience in a similar position for at least 12 years
  
• high school diploma
  
• excellent English language Arabic is a plus
  
• excellent verbal writing and listening skills
  
• selfmotivated and creative problemsolver
  
• ability to work both autonomously and in a team setting
