Polysomnographic Tech - Cardiopulmonary

San Luis Valley Health is looking for a Polysomnographic Technologists to join our cardiopulmonary team! Our Polysomnographic Technologists would work under the general supervision of the department director to provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders. A signon bonus is available for the selected qualified candidate!What Youll Need: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.Active Colorado license if applicable with good standing.Basic Life Support (BLS).What Youll Do: Reviews physician orders and makes recommendations as appropriate for procedure being performed.Assists in developing and writing policies procedures goals and objectives as required as well as formulates educational material and direct patient education concerning diagnostics.Maintains function of departmental diagnostic equipment to include troubleshooting safe operation preventative maintenance quality assurance cleaning/disinfecting along with using equipment and related supplies safely. Completes documentation while maintaining an organized filing system for each test.
