Responsibilities:

1. Formulate alternative solutions to meet organizational requirements incorporating business process reengineering and/or information technology deployment where necessary.
2. Plan and conduct end user training sessions for new applications to ensure smooth adoption and usage.
3. Prepare comprehensive costbenefit analyses according to State CBA methodology to evaluate proposed solutions.
4. Develop and oversee plans for the execution of solutions guiding projects from inception to conclusion.
5. Construct data models and activity/process models as needed to define system functions accurately.
6. Provide support for the installation testing data conversion implementation and ongoing maintenance of information systems.
7. Conduct and document results of special studies addressing systems and/or business process issues.
8. Facilitate sessions to gather and document requirements as well as explore potential solutions with stakeholders.
9. Demonstrate superior negotiating analytical group facilitation and relationship management skills.
10. Collaborate effectively with all levels of State staff demonstrating adept interviewing capability.
11. Exhibit superior organizational and written/verbal communication skills for clear and concise documentation and communication.
12. Utilize handson experience in Data Modeling and Process Modeling as required for various assignments.
13. Understand current information technology trends and conceptualize costefficient solutions to business problems.
14. Ensure deployment of information technology aligns with the States architectural framework emphasizing information sharing data integration and network interoperability for effective service delivery.
15. Integrate solutions across multiple functional and technical environments to enhance organizational efficiency.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of two years of relevant experience within the last two years.
2. BA/BS degree in a related field.
3. Proficiency in multitier computing internet and intranet usage electronic data interchange imaging data warehousing and geographic information systems.
4. Ability to integrate solutions across various functional and technical environments effectively.
