Tableau Manager

Job Description:

Secondary skills: Data Warehousing BI concepts Understanding of business process modelling

Lead a team of 78 offshore Tableau developers ensuring timely project delivery and highquality outputs.

Serve as a subject matter expert in business process modeling data provisioning modeling and entity relationship modeling.

Utilize expertise in data warehouse management to support various business units.

Develop and implement data visualization best practices using Tableau Desktop Tableau Server and Tableau Online.

Utilize SQL and relational databases for data analysis and reporting.

Independently manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.

Drive data management initiatives including data warehousing and business intelligence.

Oversee data analysis and reporting capabilities turning data into actionable insights.

Translate functional and nonfunctional business requirements into system use cases and specifications.

Hold relevant Tableau certifications such as Tableau Desktop Associate or Tableau Certified Data Analyst.

Foster excellent communication and collaboration within the team.

Drive BI direction and reporting/analytics systems convergence/simplification across client projects.

Champion and deliver critical projects building strong client relationships.

Streamline processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness across the business.

Facilitate requirements gathering and documentation.

Experience with completing migration projects and upgrading Tableau versions is desirable.

Requirements:

810 years of experience as a Tableau Developer and Manager.

Experience managing offshore teams.

Proficiency in Tableau Desktop Tableau Server and Tableau Online.

Strong understanding of data visualization best practices.

Experience with SQL and relational databases.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Knowledge of data warehousing and BI concepts.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Proven track record of project delivery and team management.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with completing migration projects.

Experience with upgrading and implementing the latest Tableau versions.
