الوصف الوظيفي
This is a fulltime onsite role in Gurugram for Executive/Sr. Executive Website & Operations. The incumbent will be responsible for web analytics content management project management ecommerce and web design. The role involves ensuring website functionality tracking traffic and user engagement providing support and managing upgrades and monitoring and improving search engine optimization (SEO).
Responsibilities
- Making sure the correct website functionality & customer funnel.
- Evaluating daytoday reporting includes website traffic website sales customer funnel conversion rate
- Coordination with digital agencies for daytoday reporting & campaign execution.
- Website management Content catalogue Inventory and operations management on Shopify platform & related ERP system.
- Execution of campaigns through SMS email WhatsApp through customer retention platform as per monthly calendar.
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks based on business needs. Experience in Shopify is a must.
