SalesE-commerce manager with some German

About the Company: VARIANTICO ES is a manufacturing and distribution company specializing in warehouse equipment construction and custom metal structure production. Our company operates within a closed production cycle structure starting from project creation to the final product production. We have several departments including design production procurement sales and logistics.

Tasks

Responsibilities:

• 80% management of customers and operations in the online store.
• 20% acquisition of new wholesale customers factories and stores in Germany and Poland.
• Guiding customers through the sales process from estimation to product delivery and contract signing.
• Managing customer data in the CRM system.
• Handling returns and complaints.
• Translating website content into German.

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Fluency in Ukrainian/Russian.
• At least A1 level of German and Polish.
• Experience in Ecommerce/Sales/Customer relations/Administration.
• Experience in startups will be a big plus.
• Sales experience with a focus on customer relationship management.
• Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Experience with handling returns and complaints.

Salary: up to 20 000 PLN (6000 PLN net base commission of 2%)
