Job Purpose:

Ensure the efficient management of the companys supplier payment process. Manage and monitor trade invoices and payments to meet suppliers deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive verify and enter trade invoices into the accounting system;
• Reconcile suppliers accounts and resolve disputed cases with proper approvals;
• Responsible to investigate and minimize the number of open debits in Accounts Payable;
• Coordinate with internal customers (Data Entry/I.T.) for any query and/or disputes;
• Respond to supplier queries in a timely manner;
• Maintain and update supplier information;
• Prepare and advise payments as per credit agreement;
• Close coordination with the banking team to ensure payments are made on time;
• Other related duties which may be assigned by immediate superior (Supervisor or AP Manager)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 1 year accounts payable or general accountingrelated work experience
• Should have experience in Shared Services
• Should have experience with ERP Systems
• Should have good analytical skills
• Above average communication and inter personnel skills
• Must be proficient in the following languages as applicable:
  • Team player skills
  • Be able to work in a structured environment
  • Good peoples skills
  • Excellent EXCEL skills
• Korean (for Korea entity support)
