Job Description Role Summary : • Review submissions of payments applications from PMC/ Secondments, General Engineering Consultant (GEC) and Contractors for the department/ programme; RPD/. • To achieve the process duration and quality target of the payment process specified in Payment Team Scorecard for the department/ programme under my responsibility. Responsibilities : • Checking and processing day to day all types of payments for PWA/Program Contracts. • Team receives the request through system/ online. • Tasks are recorded on Ebook (task management systems internally for ESD). • Project Cost information is registered on APMS/PCM • Review payments applications and fill form of “Payment Control Check” Checklist based on payments type and requester. • Checking and processing the final accounts and final payment for PWA/Program Contracts. • Accountable for Development, Implementation and Maintenance of Payment Procedure in line with PWA’s Policies and Procedures.
