Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks maintaining accurate records of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Generate and monitor purchase orders adhering to established company procedures.
- Manage payroll procedures meticulously ensuring timely and precise processing.
- Execute general bookkeeping duties to uphold the integrity and precision of financial documentation.
- Demonstrate proven expertise in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
- Utilize proficiency in relevant accounting software and MS Office applications for efficient data management.
- Uphold a keen eye for detail and accuracy in all financial operations and reporting.
- Employ excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment while also demonstrating the capability to work autonomously.
- Contribute to the overall success of the organization through consistent and reliable performance in accounting and payroll responsibilities.
Requirements
- Proficiency as a Xero Advisor.
- Experience in managing Payroll in Australia using Xero.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 including intermediatelevel proficiency in Excel.
- Strong communication skills for efficient resolution of service and warranty matters with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problemsolving abilities.
- Effective time management capabilities.
- Keen attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Additional experience in Compliance with Registered Training Organizations.
- Familiarity with Payroll Tax regulations in Australia.
- Experience in both Payroll and Accounting duties for an Australian company.
- Capability in utilizing Xero effectively.
- Accounting qualifications preferred.

Bachelor or Accounting or Business with an Accounting focus Experience in MYOB and Xero Experience in Lightyear Cloud preferred However experience in Dext or receipt bank is transferable Attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of Australian Accounting Standard including GST Able to show initiative and be a self-starter. Strong computer software skills, including Excel & Accounting software. API integration exposure is advantageous.
