Supply Chain Management Leader

DEPARTMENT: Supply Chain Management (SCM) Compliance

Work is not remote minimum 3 days/week in the office (Krakowbased)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead activities around the Supply Chains legal regulatory and customer compliance requirements related to human rights and the environment
Implement SCM Compliance process performance metrics and operating framework to ensure meeting all Supply Chains legal regulatory and customer compliance requirements and drive Supplychain Sustainability and Ethical Procurement agenda.
Develop and implement process documentation as relevant for SCM Compliance risk assessment activity and legal reporting requirements (eg. German Supply Chain Act Conflict Minerals)
Build the brand value of the SCM Compliance team among stakeholders and ensure regular connections with key stakeholders.
Mix of management and selfdirected tasks

BASIC REQUIREMENTS: ( R required ; P preferred)
Bachelors degree in Procurement Supply Chain Management Business Management Finance or similar (R)
Fluent English language in speech and writing ( R)
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on multiple initiatives at the same time ( R)
Accurate analytical and processdriven way of working ( R)
Very good communication and presentation skills ( R)
Proactive attitude ability to work independently and passion to learn ( R)
Problem solving skills ( R)
Ability to work independently and manage the project(s) ( R)
Performance and management reporting experience ( P)
Knowledge in developing and implementing processes and procedures ( P)

Very good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel (e.g. Pivot Table/Filters/Formulas ( P)Vlookup/If/Or/And/ Conditional formatting/Charts) and PowerPoint including data visualization
