Job Description:

Syra Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in electronic medical records (EMR) mobile development and possess expertise in data visualization techniques and tools. The candidate should also have solid experience in creating flowcharts using Visio or similar tools as well as knowledge in developing test cases and documenting defects. Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing are required for this role. Prior experience in the healthcare industry and a strong understanding of Agile Development methodologies are also desired.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers product managers and designers to gather requirements and analyze business needs for EMR and mobile application development projects.

• Utilize data visualization techniques and tools to analyze and present complex data in a clear and meaningful manner to stakeholders.

• Create detailed flowcharts and process diagrams using Visio or similar tools to visually represent business processes and workflows.

• Develop comprehensive test cases based on business requirements and user stories and collaborate with development and quality assurance teams to ensure proper testing of mobile applications.

• Document defects and issues identified during testing including detailed steps to reproduce expected results and severity levels.

• Participate in Agile Development methodologies such as Scrum and contribute to sprint planning backlog grooming and other Agile ceremonies.

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including user guides system documentation and training materials.

• Apply knowledge of the healthcare industry to understand business processes regulations and compliance requirements related to mobile application development projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with prior experience in healthcare EMR mobile development projects.

• Experience in data visualization techniques and tools such as Tableau Power BI or similar tools.

• Solid experience in creating flowcharts and process diagrams using Visio or similar tools.

• Knowledge in developing test cases and documenting defects using industrystandard tools.

• Proven experience in testing and documenting defects in mobile applications.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.

• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is desired.

• Strong understanding of Agile Development methodologies such as Scrum.
