About the Company

We focuses on real estate equity investments specifically development projects. Our largest projects include Black Desert Resort a $1 billion worldclass golf resort in Ivins Utah; 150 skiin skiout single family homesites and 300 townhomes at Deer Valley Ski Resort near Park City Utah; and the newly completed Cutalong Private Golf Club and Resort which consists of 900 homes/condominiums and townhomes at Lake Anna in Mineral VA.

Job Responsibilities

The Cutalong Construction Manager is the resort owners representative and responsible for the onsite supervision of the construction activities at the companys 1000acre resort in Mineral VA. The Construction Manager will work closely with the resorts project managers and be the onsite point of contact for general contractors preferred homebuilders and their supervisory teams. This position reports directly to Cutalongs Project Director performing the following duties:

• Work with the Project Director and project managers to maintain budgets schedules and quality standards.
• Obtain thirdparty bids and budget approval from the Project Director for assigned projects.
• Monitor projects daily while documenting construction progress in the companys construction management system monitoring compliance with all building and regulatory agency permits.
• Attend weekly Owner Architect and Contractor (OAC) meetings and monitor weekly schedule updates ensuring timely response to RFIs.
• Coordinate responses to Change Event and Change Order requests for successful resolution.
• Perform and document Milestone Progress QAQC Inspections.
• Perform project delivery punch lists in coordination with project architects and engineers ensuring proper communication resolution and completion for exceptional project delivery.
• Work with project managers and financial manager to create and maintain project financial models that match the latest project budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management Finance Architecture Engineering or a related field.
• Master of Real Estate Development is a plus.
• Experience in construction management of horizontal and vertical ground up construction projects.
• Proficient in reading architectural and engineering plans and specifications.
• Outstanding leadership communication problem solving and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Procore and Gantt Chart Management.
