Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to gather and document requirements
• Configure the SAP SD module to meet business needs
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP SD processes and issues
• Participate in endtoend implementation projects from design to postgolive support
• Conduct user training and create documentation for SAP SD processes
• Perform system testing and coordinate with stakeholders for user acceptance testing
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate SAP SD with other modules
• Optimize and enhance existing SAP SD functionalities
• Stay updated on SAP SD best practices and incorporate industry trends
• Participate in presales activities and provide expertise on SAP SD capabilities
• Support the continuous improvement of sales and distribution processes through SAP
• Assist in defining business strategies and solutions leveraging SAP SD
• Assess business impacts and recommend SD system enhancements
• Participate in global rollouts and provide local support for SAP SD
• Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements in SAP SD processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as an SAP SD Consultant or similar role
• Indepth knowledge of SAP SD configuration and customization
• Proficiency in business process analysis and redesign
• Experience with SAP SD integration with other SAP modules such as MM FI/CO
• Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a global and multicultural environment
• Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities
• Certification in SAP SD is a plus
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proven experience in project management and implementation methodologies
• Knowledge of industryspecific sales and distribution processes is advantageous
• Experience in guiding and mentoring junior team members
• Understanding of reporting tools and analytics within SAP SD
