Our Teams Focus:
Act as lead financial advisers in sellside and buyside transactions.

Your Role and Responsibilities:
Work with a team of seasoned problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience assisting our clients in solving their complex business issues. Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Managing a portfolio of clients proactively reporting to Partner or Director.
• Involvement in the financial management of clients.
• Active participation in business development activities to identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients.
• Contributing to the development of your own and your teams technical acumen.
• Developing strategies to address complex technical challenges.
• Assisting in managing and delivering large projects.
• Training coaching and supervising staff.
• Keeping uptodate with local and national business and economic issues.

Job Requirements:

• Willing to work onsite in Jakarta Indonesia
• Experienced working in Indonesia is a must.
• 10 years of experience in investment banking corporate finance financial and management consulting private equity venture capital or inhouse M&A activities.
• Previous experience with a Big Four accounting firm or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong financial modeling report writing analytical and dataprocessing skills.
