***URGENT POSITION***
Salary Range: xx53.47/hour xx89.72/hour (dependent upon experience)
Placement Fee: 18%
The Director of Patient Care Services leads collaborates integrates facilitates and evaluates to create and maintain an environment that develops and supports professional nursing practice. The Director collaborates with other executives in the organization in making decisions about health care services settings and organizational priorities. The Director oversees ICU CVU House Supervisors Progressive Pool (Float Pool) and reports to the CNO. Assists nursing managers with the development implementation and monitoring of supply capital and FTE budgets. Collaborates with Human Resources and nursing managers in the recruitment and retention of nursing personnel. Serves on medical staff committees and nursing staff committees as a nursing representative or advisor.

- Bachelor s degree in Nursing. Required
- Licensed as Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan. Required
- Minimum of five years acute care nursing experience. Required
- Progressive management experience Required
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills.
- Nurse Executive or Nursing Leadership Certification Preferred
- Masters Degree in Nursing Business Administration or related field. Preferred
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Michigan
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : MI RN license must be active at time of submission.
Weekend Requirements : Required as Needed.
On Call Requirements : TBD
