Head of Customer Service

In line with their ambitious goals we are seeking an innovative detailoriented and experienced Head of Customer Service to elevate our customer service operations ensuring exceptional service standards and enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Your Role and Mission

As the Head of Customer Service you will lead our customer service department setting the vision and strategy to provide outstanding customer experiences. This role demands a proactive approach to managing teams optimizing processes and leveraging technology to meet and exceed our customer service objectives. Collaboration with crossfunctional teams to improve product offerings and resolve customer issues swiftly is paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure a highquality customer experience.
  • Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance service levels.
  • Lead motivate and develop customer service teams to foster a customercentric culture within the organization.
  • Collaborate with the product and sales teams to streamline processes and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Handle complex customer complaints or inquiries providing solutions that align with company policies and customer expectations.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and technologies to continually improve customer service delivery.
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years experience in customer service management with proven leadership in a head or managerlevel role.
  • Strong understanding of customer service software databases and tools.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage both customer and team interactions.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking to resolve issues and implement service improvements.
  • Languages are Spanish and English as a must other languages welcoming.
