Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Solution Developer to join their dynamic team. In this role you will play a pivotal role in designing implementing and maintaining projectspecific solutions within our agile Scrum teams. This position offers a hybrid work model based in our London Bridge office requiring a commute within the area.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users project managers and developers to design and develop innovative solutions that meet client requirements
• Write clean scalable and userfriendly code across the full stack of technologies ensuring the maintainability and quality of code
• Support daily business operations and develop an indepth understanding of the entire technology stack
• Provide technical advice to customers and partners ensuring successful implementation and functionality of solutions
• Lead and mentor other team members fostering collaboration and success within the team
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams project managers and partners to deliver highquality solutions on time and within budget

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT areas including analysis design and development
• Strong knowledge of data structures algorithms and designing for performance scalability and availability
• Deep understanding of HTML and CSS XML and XSLT
• Experience with UML architecture modelling and Design Patterns
• Proficiency in J2EE Java JavaScript frameworks Microservices REST and SQLDatabases
• Familiarity with development processes such as code review unit testing continuous integration and release management
• Experience working in Agile Scrum and DevOps environments
• Excellent communication skills and a strong product sense
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Passion for solving digital challenges and learning new technologies
