Learning & Development Manager - Future Leaders

Hybrid (3-days in office, Slough)

This role is part of the broader Talent, Leadership and Culture Centre of Expertise (Talent CoE).

Role Overview

You will support the design/development and deployment of global Leadership Development initiatives and programmes for Future Leader Development programmes within and across Global Functions. You will partner closely with the Heads of Learning, Capability and Leadership Development, Talent Directors, Talent CoEs and functional stakeholders.

Relevant Experience

  • 8-10 years experience of leadership and talent development
  • MUST HAVE Demonstrable knowledge and expertise in both designing and delivering blended learning solutions and programmes (assessment and development centres) based on an in-depth learning needs analysis
  • Strong facilitation skills and experience of delivering development in-person and online
  • Experience of evaluating leadership programmes and putting in place effective measures to assess impact
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and interface effectively with all levels of the organisation
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative, high-energy, personable with experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience of working in a complex, matrixed and global organisation with competing agendas
