Client Services Manager

We are currently seeking a Client Services Manager to join our team in a remote position. This role will be responsible for overseeing our client services operations and ensuring that we are delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction to our clients across the United States.

As a Client Services Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of client services representatives developing and implementing client service strategies and monitoring client satisfaction levels. You will also be the primary point of contact for our clients and will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure that all client needs are met.

Key responsibilities for this role include:
Managing and leading a team of client services representatives including hiring training and performance management

Developing and implementing client service strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention

Monitoring client satisfaction levels and identifying opportunities for improvement

Serving as the primary point of contact for our clients and addressing any client concerns or issues

Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to ensure that all client needs are being met

Analyzing client feedback and developing action plans to address any areas of improvement

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in client services management excellent communication and leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Experience working in a remote environment is a plus as our team is spread out across the United States.

Qualifications for this role include:
Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field

5 years of experience in client services or account management

Proven track record of managing and leading a team

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to thrive in a remote work environment
