Ready to embrace a new adventure
We are looking for fluent German speakers with a good English level to work in a technical support position. You will be assisting clients of renowned worldwide companies and working in an international environment.
What we are looking for in a candidate:
- Speak proficiently (C1/C2) German and have a good English level (B2)
- Willingness to learn
- 1 year Technical Support B2B experience
- Good communication and soft skills
What you will have to do:
. .Processing of customer inquiries in German;
Customer contact via phone chat and email; mainly with IT managers and IT administrators;
Processing of inquiries from corporate customers (B2B) larger accounts or larger companies
Assistance with questions about programs
Technical troubleshooting;
Customer Account Management.
