MISSIONS : Ensure at alltimes the client satisfaction (15 clients) and EHS compliance withgroup's standards. Responsible for the proper servicedelivery and respect of contractual terms for the best interest ofthe company. Provide the appropriate supply of sites and develop aneffective purchasing policy, Being a support for the GeneralManager to organize and manage teams (700 employees business units,supply chain and production teams, Ensure implementation ofprocedures and standards Group sites (operations, finance,purchasing, storage, QHSE ...) Ensure, through regular site visitsand controls , the proper implementation of the actions definedSupervise the recruitment process based on budgets, Develop thestaff (assessments, training, upgrades), with the aim of improvingthe quality of service, performance, responsiveness and salesdevelopment, Follow process of Winrest (internal managementsoftware/ERP) and generalize its use according to the Groupstandards Maintain a good social climate, implement and developexisting agreements To implement a clear working procedure witheach site added with a strict reporting and for meal per dayPass any information on the General Manager about anomalies ormalfunctions which may hinder the smooth running of operationsMinimum 5+years of experience in catering operations management inan international environment Experience in catering is mandatory Aprevious experience on offshore remote is appreciatedMulti-cultural teams management English fluent, French or Arabic isa plus ABOUT NEWREST QATAR : Established in Qatar in 2013,Newrest-Gulf as member of the Newrest Group aims to bring a fresheye in the catering and soft services market in Qatar, by bringinginnovation and QHSE international high standards values intocompetitive offers.
