About the role:
We have positions available that are completely remote the only exception being the opportunity to attend our live international events as you grow within our company if you desire!

We have parttime and fulltime openings available but you must have a minimum of a few hours daily or 1520 hours available each week. Scheduling is flexible as long as you complete your tasks and responsibilities.

We want individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset people that are highly motivated and thrive on an independent work ethic. No micromanaging here because your work ethic say everything!

As a Leadership Director you will be assigned a dedicated coach to help you transition to your new role marketing our transformative courses and events.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate various marketing strategies to bring in new clients
• Interview potential clients and discuss which products will best meet their needs
• Bring in and manage new/existing clients through our seamless online system
• Utilize your creative mindset to brainstorm and implement methods of exposure for our courses and events
• Attend weekly Zoom meetings with diverse team

Qualifications:

• We do not accept students nonnegotiable
• Formal college degree appreciated but not required for the right candidates
• 2 years professional experience
• Positive and energetic
• Must have excellent English and interpersonal skills
• Must be selfmotivated and able to problemsolve independently
