Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
• Managing and directing construction personnel and subcontractors
• Preparing and implementing project plans and schedules
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and building codes
• Reviewing and interpreting blueprints and specifications
• Conducting quality control and safety inspections
• Supervising and monitoring progress at construction sites
• Collaborating with architects and engineers to discuss design ideas
• Managing budget and resources efficiently
• Overseeing the procurement of materials and equipment
• Resolving design and development problems
• Providing technical advice and solving onsite issues

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred
• Proven experience in construction and civil engineering projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering software
• Strong understanding of construction processes and materials
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Indepth knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
• Physical ability to work on construction sites and outdoor environments
• Understanding of safety and quality control standards
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements
