1. Recognize the benefit of DLOE programme and contribute to its growth assessing and evaluating the progress in a timely manner. 2. Develop, organize, maintain, conduct, and provide consultation on instructional materials, activities, curricula, and assessment resources in accordance with current pedagogical practices, cognitive/learning science, and design tools and methods, across a variety of modalities. 3. Plan, organize, manage, deliver, and evaluate multiple simultaneous training & professional development initiatives, (i.e., new faculty orientation, faculty learning communities, etc.); develop agendas, schedule, and coordinate with various presenters, produce and send invitations, create and disseminate evaluations. 4. Provides support to faculty, staff and others for online proctoring applications such as Responds Lockdown Browser; basic learning tool integrations using external publishers, course packs, etc.; distance learning platforms including but not limited to the course management system (Blackboard), video-conferencing platforms for teaching and learning. 5. Develop and lead the Faculty Ambassador program, with representatives from the academic colleges coordinating discipline-specific, professional development plans for teachers. 6. Maintain current knowledge and understanding of curriculum, support services, policies, laws and regulations pertaining to the field and demonstrate commitment to professional development, including but not limited to activities such as: participation in professional conferences, workshops, seminars, membership in professional organizations, research projects, publishing academic work, participation in relevant committees or organizations, etc. 7. Engage in communication to support related business partners including Faculty Recruitment and Hiring, Scheduling Forecasting and Planning, Adjunct Instructors, Academic Technology, Learning Resources, and the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning. 8. Work closely with the Instructional Designers to develop and disseminate standards for digital course design and delivery. 9. Reviews and updates support documentation and website that houses support materials and training materials as well as to maintain up-to-date reference documents such as university catalogs and handbooks. 10. Perform other tasks and duties that may be occasionally required in order to meet the requirements of the role and the aims of the University. 11. Address copyright concerns and ADA compliance issues. 12. Ensure confidentiality of information at all times.
