About the role As a Corporate Services Coordinator, you will provide coordination support for the smooth functioning of the divisions’ operations. Represents the department through the management of correspondence, telephone, and personal contacts. Undertakes projects as directed by the Corporate Services management to support Departmental/Corporate initiatives. Accountabilities: • Conduct regular reconciliation of system data, ensuring accuracy in reporting and database management. • Generate invoices, update Oracle reference numbers, and manage accounts receivables. Track utility invoices and ensure timely processing and payments. • Produce and validate various operational reports such as occupancy reports, allocation reports, and aging reports. • Assist in the creation of ad-hoc reports as required by management. • Update and maintain operational systems and customer master databases to ensure accountability and avoid data duplication or discrepancies. Troubleshoot and resolve system errors in collaboration with the IT department. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for data verification, invoice validation, and resolving queries. • Liaise with contracts department with regards to preparation / issuance of contracts. • Ensure tenancy contracts are filed in shared folder for the department use. • Identify and suggest improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. • Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
