Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the implementation and maintenance of SAP R2R OTC and P2P modules.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and ensure alignment with SAP functionalities.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of monthend and yearend closing processes.
• Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards using SAP CO for effective decisionmaking.
• Optimize OTC and P2P processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Implement and streamline financial controls and compliance within the SAP environment.
• Assist in the design testing and implementation of SAP system enhancements and updates.
• Provide training and support to endusers on SAP R2R OTC and P2P functionalities.
• Conduct regular system audits and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance financial operations.
• Collaborate with IT teams for troubleshooting and issue resolution related to SAP modules.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP releases and best practices to optimize system performance.
• Contribute to the overall strategic planning and execution of financial initiatives utilizing SAP software.
• Participate in crossfunctional projects to integrate SAP with other business systems.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in all SAPrelated activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in SAP R2R OTC P2P and SAP CO modules.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Proven experience in SAP system implementation configuration and support.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP CO reporting and analysis.
• Indepth knowledge of OTC and P2P processes and their integration with SAP.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement initiatives within a SAP environment.
• Certification in SAP R2R OTC or P2P modules is a plus.
• Experience in leading and managing SAPrelated projects.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
• Proven track record of successfully driving change and efficiencies through SAP implementations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
