Sales Account Manager

Role Purpose:

The Sales Account Manager at ABANA Enterprises Group Co. will be responsible for managing and growing existing client accounts. They will develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients understand their business needs and provide strategic solutions to help them achieve their goals. The Sales Account Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction manage sales pipelines and meet sales targets. They will serve as the main point of contact for clients addressing their inquiries resolving issues and maintaining open lines of communication.

Position Summary/Objective:

  • The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing and growing existing client accounts. They will ensure that clients receive excellent service meet their needs and maintain longterm relationships with the company.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ...

  • Understand client needs and develop customized solutions to meet their business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate resources and deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the management regarding account status and sales performance.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell products and services to existing clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Manage sales pipelines and meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements

Education and Training

  • Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales account management or related roles.

Skills and Attributes

  • Proven track record in managing client accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Good understanding of business principles and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
  • Selfmotivated and driven by targets.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
