Job Overview:

LAWAZEM is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Commercial Sector. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth leading the sales team and building strong relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the commercial sector.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the commercial sector.
  • Lead and manage a sales team providing guidance training and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively prospecting and networking.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing product development and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
  • Forecast and track key sales metrics analyzing trends and making datadriven decisions to drive business growth.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients addressing their specific needs and requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay uptodate with market trends industry developments and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and initiatives to support sales efforts.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities performance and market conditions to senior management.
  • Proven experience in sales management preferably within the commercial sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial sector and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Proactive and resultsoriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
