• Foster a collaborative and creative work environment encouraging the team to push boundaries and explore new ideas.

• Work closely with clients to understand their brand objectives and messaging translating these insights into effective and compelling creative strategies.
• Present and articulate creative concepts to clients incorporating feedback and ensuring client satisfaction.

1. Trend Analysis:

• Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and design best practices integrating them into creative strategies.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience as a Creative Art Director in an advertising agency.
2. Proven track record of successfully leading and managing creative teams.
3. Exceptional conceptual thinking and design skills.
4. Strong understanding of branding marketing and advertising principles.
5. Proficiency in industrystandard design software and tools.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
7. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts or related field.
