1. Designing developing and maintaining mainframe software applications (in COBOL JCL DB2 VSAM CICS)

2. Code analysis and business rules extraction evaluate the functionality and interpret/understand the logic and process flow

3. Thorough documentation of the functionalities (logic) for the processes analyzed

4. Analysing user requirements and translating them into technical specifications and code

5. Providing support and risk assessment for project requirements

6. Ensuring deliverables meet performance security and quality standards
