Technologist - Radiologic Technologist - CT

Position Overview

Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Radiologic Technologist with CT experience to join our team. As a Radiologic Technologist you will be responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures including CT scans and XRays at a technical level that does not require constant supervision. You will work closely with physicians nurses and other staff members to provide excellent patient care and ensure accurate and highquality imaging results.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain imaging department equipment including XRay CT CR reader and PACS systems
• Perform diagnostic imaging exams in accordance with established procedures regulations and protocols
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process
• Assist physicians and other medical staff during imaging procedures
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all procedures and patient records
• Perform quality control checks on equipment and maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Stay updated on advancements in imaging technology and participate in continuing education programs as required
• Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Graduation from an AMAapproved school of Radiologic Technology
• Current certification as a medical radiologic technologist required
• CT certification preferred
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Associates degree in Radiology or related field preferred
• Registered Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in radiography
• Registered Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in computed tomography preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of radiologic/imaging experience preferred
• 1 years of CT experience preferred
• 1 years of emergency room experience preferred
• Proficiency with Xray and CT equipment manufacturers hardware/software and PACS systems
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English
