Social Worker - LMSW - Substance Use Disorder

Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Social Worker with a focus on Substance Use Disorder to join our team. As a Social Worker in this role you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals struggling with substance abuse issues. This position requires a license as a Master of Social Work (LMSW) and a deep understanding of substance use disorder treatment and support.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments and developing treatment plans for individuals with substance use disorders providing individual and group therapy coordinating care with other healthcare professionals and connecting clients with community resources and support networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in substance use disorder treatment excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Education: Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
Licenses/Certifications: Current license as a Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of Texas.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in substance use disorder treatment.
Skills:

• Knowledge of evidencebased practices in substance use disorder treatment.
• Experience with individual and group therapy.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
