Tasks

• Develop and implement wellness programs and initiatives to promote employee health and wellbeing
• Conduct health assessments and provide personalized coaching to employees on nutrition fitness stress management and overall wellness
• Collaborate with HR and management to create a supportive environment for employees to prioritize their health and wellness
• Organize and facilitate group wellness activities workshops and seminars to educate and engage employees
• Track and analyze employee participation and outcomes to measure the effectiveness of wellness programs

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in health promotion public health nutrition or related field
• Certification as a wellness coach from a recognized organization
• Minimum of 2 years experience in corporate wellness programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for promoting health and wellness in the workplace
