As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing business processes identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will work closely with stakeholders from various departments to gather and document requirements develop use cases and support the implementation of business solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills excellent communication abilities and a solid understanding of business processes and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives processes and requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Gather and document business requirements user stories and use cases.
- Develop functional specifications and other documentation to support the design and implementation of business solutions.
- Work with crossfunctional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends patterns and insights that drive business decisions.
- Support testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure that solutions meet business needs.
- Provide training and support to endusers to promote adoption of new processes and technologies.

- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Experience with business process modeling and workflow analysis tools.

- Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) are a plus.
