Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives processes and requirements.
  
• Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  
• Gather and document business requirements user stories and use cases.
  
• Develop functional specifications and other documentation to support the design and implementation of business solutions.
  
• Work with crossfunctional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  
• Perform data analysis to identify trends patterns and insights that drive business decisions.
  
• Support testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure that solutions meet business needs.
  
• Provide training and support to endusers to promote adoption of new processes and technologies.
  
• Stay uptodate with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Information Systems or related field
  
• 35 years of experience working as a business analyst or in a related role.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
  
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  
• Experience with business process modeling and workflow analysis tools.
  
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
  
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) are a plus.
