Job Description
SAP Solution ArchitectChemical Industry Exp.
The SAP Solution Architect will possess a strong background in SAP implementation projects within chemical and/or process industries understanding of the key chemical industry specific processes integration requirements and regulatory compliance is preferred. The SAP Solution Architect will play a critical role in shaping our technology strategy driving digital transformation initiatives and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Transformation Leader who demonstrate they understand Capgeminis approach to Transformational Change and can convince clients of our ability to lead and deliver change on a sophisticated program. Understands the relationship between change activities and the broader program delivery able to consider this in both solution and delivery execution.

Key Responsibilties
- Lead or be responsible for design development and delivery of templates accelerators and IPs across multiple areas of expertise.
- Oversee or design develop and deliver offerings across multiple areas of expertise.
- Provide strategic leadership for the SAP architecture team supervising the design and implementation of endtoend SAP solutions.
- Proactively look to find position and apply new technology / solutions in SAP to take early mover advantage in the market
- Expert in multiple core business processes and associated functions for one industry sector or a limited number of micro industry sectors. Capable of facilitating a technology agnostic business capability /process workshop.
- Work with solutions teams to support product development activities
- Good knowledge of overall SAP product (SAP S/4 HANA)
- Evaluate all business requirements and come up with SAP solution that provide an integrated approach for all project activities.
- Own and QA the solution and scope.
- Provide clients business value by applying technology enabled solutions to address clients business objectives
- Work with solutions teams to support product development activities. Groom and develop a group of very senior resources to increase their efficiency delivering on field and market enablement. Mentors team members in technology architecture and delivery of applications
- Builds a shared sense of direction and community among the teams
- Must be detail oriented selfdirected and have strong independent problemsolving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong executive presence and ability to interact with client management
- Validated ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements
- Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative.
- A strong background of professional success preferably in the Consulting Services arena
- Chemical Industry Experience
- Experience on SAP S/4 HANA implementations.
- Indepth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Fiori and other SAP technologies.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SAP implementation projects within process industries with a focus on demand planning supply chain management and production processes (SAP QM PP PPPI EWM TM).
- Experience in process and batch manufacturing tolling process integration with EWM Transportation Management and Product compliance solutions is required.
