Responsibilities:
1. Team Management:
Efficiently manage and mentor a team of skilled professionals.
Allocate tasks set priorities and provide clear direction to ensure successful project execution.
Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
2. Client Communication:
Represent the team during daily standup calls.
Update clients on project status milestones and any relevant developments.
Act as a bridge between our team and the client ensuring effective communication.

3. Technical Collaboration:
Participate in technical calls with clients to understand project requirements and goals.
Collaborate with the clients tech team addressing any doubts or clarifications.
Leverage your expertise to align technical solutions with business objectives.

4. Skills and Qualifications:
