Job Title: Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master

Location: Remote (Preferable EST) with 2050% travel to Trinidad & Tobago and initial orientation travel to India for 2 weeks

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and handson Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing complex technology programs and projects. This role requires expertise in both traditional waterfall and agile approaches utilizing PMP standard project management methodologies and Scrum Master skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead as a handson Project Manager overseeing all aspects of projects including resource management financial aspects and reporting utilizing Microsoft Project.
• Demonstrate practical experience in planning creating and managing Agile Sprints schedules backlogs and biweekly status reports.
• Construct and maintain integrated project schedules considering dependencies varying delivery approaches and contingencies for unforeseen delays.
• Contribute to the development of highquality reporting materials including dashboards newsletters presentation templates and engaging visual representations of data.
• Serve as a servant leader fostering an environment that empowers the team to achieve project goals.
• Efficiently manage resources in a crossfunctional environment coordinating resource allocation and testing with onshore and offshore team members.
• Work towards creating a cohesive and productive team acting as an agent of positive transformation.
• Collaborate closely with customer stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Ensure effective operation of the team supporting both onshore and offshore members to be selforganizing and productive.
• Provide essential business context to engineers and proficiently represent your teams systems to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure timely milestone completion while managing expectations.
• Anticipate and actively manage upcoming/priority project and other resource/logistic risks.
• Develop comprehensive work plans schedules project estimates resource plans and status reports.
• Establish yourself as the Scrum process authority upholding values principles and practices.
• Focus on optimizing work methods tools and team performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of handson technical project and/or program management expertise acting as a Scrum Master and Project Manager leveraging Microsoft Project management and Agile sprint schedules.
• Mandatory Certified Scrum Master certification (CSM) or equivalent scrum master certification.
• Handson experience with Azure Dev Ops Project Plan and other project management tools.
• Experience managing enterprise application development projects including Oracle Financials and Microsoft Technologies (e.g. .NET SharePoint BI D365 Azure Cloud Azure DevOps etc.).
• Experience with JIRA and Azure dashboard to track sprint progress.
• Proven track record of exceptional Project Management skills consistently delivering projects within schedule and budget.
• Strong business acumen and effective communication skills.

Preferred:

• Previous experience leading and managing (onshore and offshore) teams of 15 or more.
