Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in a wide range of sophisticated M&A transactions catering to clients both domestically and internationally.
  
• Take an active role in client interaction fostering strong relationships and providing expert legal counsel.
  
• Handle complex legal matters related to mergers acquisitions divestitures joint ventures and other corporate transactions.
  
• Conduct due diligence draft agreements and negotiate terms to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.
  
• Collaborate with partners senior associates and crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality legal services in a fastpaced environment.
  

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  
• Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
  
• Minimum of three (3) years of handson experience in M&A transactions within a reputable law firm setting.
  
• Private equity experience is highly desirable.
  
• Strong academic background with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proven ability to work autonomously demonstrate leadership qualities and thrive in a demanding highpaced work environment.
