Middle IT Support Engineer

What you will do

• Accelerate the response to Identity and Access Management tickets in both ServiceNow and Jira covering requests for new roles changes to roles and onboarding/offboarding;
  

• Perform research into ownership of various systems around the organization;
  

• Troubleshoot/research access issues;
  

• Provide support coverage for EMEA hours;
  

• Document test cases and scripts as well as project processes and additional artifacts.
  

Must haves

• Demonstrable experience with Identity and Access Management tools and processes;
  

• Minimum 3 years in applicable IAM analysis roles;
  

• Understanding of AD and AD groups Google Suite permissions network access;
  

• Excellent communication documentation planning and collaboration skills;
  

• Comfort working in ambiguity to determine resolutions;
  

• Okta experience is needed.
