• Over 47 years of development experience implementing ORMB Healthcare
• Expertise on Oracle Utilities Application Framework

Configuration Tools: MO BO Business Service Business component Service Scripts PlugIn Scripts BPA Scripts Zones UI Map Portals SQ rule Rate configuration.

Java Based: Algorithm Algorithm Spot Batch Jobs Change Handler Business Entity.

• Experienced in developing batch interfaces both inbound and outbound to ORMB.
• Experienced in developing APIs integrating ORMB with external applications and online customer portals.
• Functional/technical understanding across process areas Policy/Plan/Membership Customer Management Pricing Billing Payments and Delinquency modules in ORMB

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead development/enhancements of custom solutions across modules Algorithms Batch Jobs Business components BPA Scripts UI Maps Zones Business services etc.
• Develop inbound/outbound interfaces (both batch and APIs) to integrate ORMB with upstream and downstream applications.
• Ensure development and testing of components across process areas Customer Management Billing Payments Pricing Delinquency Interfaces APIs
• Support performance analysis/tuning to ensure deliverables meet defined SLAs.
• Provide guidance to junior/ optum developers with functional/technical issues to help in development and delivery of solutions.
• Manage system configurations application environments and support for the installations deployments and application upgrades of ORMB both in production and nonproduction environments.
• Perform code reviews to ensure deliverables meet the quality performance and best engineering practices.
• Support testing teams with analysis across the various phases of implementation SIT/UAT/Performance/Parallel/Regression
• Help Automation test teams to build robust test suites to improve test coverage.
• Provide production support by analysing incident tickets impact analysis and solution fixes.
