Role and Responsibilities:
As a Chat Support Executive you will work from home and be responsible for providing excellent customer support over chat. Your main duties will include:
- Communicating with customers in real time to understand and resolve their issues related to various services
- Handling client support and effectively responding to customer queries on web chat and emails
- Maintaining accurate customer records
Candidate Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass or Bachelors degree is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 1 year of preferred experience in a similar role (Freshers can also apply)
