One of our important clients is currently looking for an Infra Linux Architect. Work is based in Der Helder. This is a permanent position.

The Infra Architect Linux will be part of the Scrum team and has the following main tasks:

• Drafts the Detailed Technical Design for the applications in close cooperation with the Solution Architect the supplier and the IS consultant
  
• Determines the technical details in consultation with the supplier of the
  application and the building block suppliers within the client
  
• Advises the Solution Architect on possible adjustments to standards or the need
  for new components
  
• Where necessary coordinates specific (technical) deployment of building blocks
  with the internal suppliers
  
• Guides the other team members in translating the technical design to the actual
  configuration ensures knowledge transfer and is the teams point of contact for
  questions
  
• Automating application deployment in cooperation with the administrator in the
  team
  
• Forms the bridge from design to management
  
• Performs management tasks where necessary to support the administrator
  

Requirements

Requirements

Designing implementing and maintaining application infrastructures with knowledge of network architectures protocols and standards.

Experience using monitoring and log analysis tools required

Knowledge and skills in securing systems and application interfaces required

with TLS and certificates

Candidate has demonstrable experience in drawing up a technical (detailed) design in the field of IT Applications (3 years)

Candidate has demonstrable knowledge and experience in hosting IT Applications on Linux platforms Ubuntu 20 and 22 LTS Red Hat Enterprise Linux (4 years)

Candidate has demonstrable knowledge and experience in developing and building automation scripts using Ansible Playbooks Bash scripting Puppet (3 years)

Requirements

Presenting and giving demos to the team and requirementsetters

Experience with PKI and monitoring renewing certificates

Experience with monitoring and logging of systems using Zabbix Graylog ELK stack

Experience with preparing Installation Documentation Manuals (IDC)

Demonstrable knowledge and work experience (minimum 3 years) with regard to setting up security on Linux platforms
