• Recognizing and reporting changes in patient condition
• Proper specimen collection and handling
• Assisting with examinations and therapeutic tests
• Conducting groups and 1:1 observations
• Utilizing aseptic and deescalation techniques
• Maintaining electronic patient records
• Providing excellent customer service
• Maintaining positive therapeutic relationships
