Epic SER analyst Cadence

Requirements for Contractor Unverified Providers Report:

• Epic Certification:
  • Highly preferred:
    • Cadence
  • Considered:
    • Security and/or SER Badge
• Contractor will have a working knowledge of SER processes
• Contractor will have knowledge of Epics Unverified Providers Report functionality
• Contractor will be able to design processes that ensures the timely verification of Houston Methodist providers and accuracy of their data after initial clean up
• Experience with Simplr Provider Data tools and Provider on the Fly (POTF) workflow and integration is highly preferred.
• Understanding and familiarity with National Provider Network (NPN): DEA NPPES CMS State Registries

Primary Duties:

• Contractor will collaborate to validate external provider: NPI Medical Taxonomy Medical License & ID Contact Information (Address Fax Phone) & Communication Preference in the SER record is correct for all Houston Methodist providers by accessing external sites like National Provider Identifier (NPI) and or Simplr.
• Contractor will clean up 3400 unverified providers in Epic
• Contractor will complete other SER integrity assigned duties as requested
