SCCM Engineer

• As onsite subject matter expert discuss requirements design and build the SOE and Auto pilot images.
• Package application as per requirements and perform quality review testing UAT and production deployments.
• Create database of applications and update the CMDB accordingly.
• Manage application license reports and true ups requirements.
• Manage and deploy required GPOs.
• Administer MECM & MEM infrastructure.
• Upgrade the MCEM & MEM tools.
• Evaluate the hardware and perform benchmark testing on performance.
• Configure and Deploy Windows Security patches.
• Configure and deploy Windows feature updates.
• Perform remote troubleshooting for users working remotely.
• Manage the hardware repairs and inventory management.
• Manage data cleanup before disposal of assets.
• Coordination with multiple stake holders / Third party Vendors for breakfix.
• Must be able to lead the critical outage calls.
