Your mission

• Lead a crossfunctional team to drive product development from concept to launch ensuring that products deliver unique value to our users
• Use datadriven decisionmaking to prioritize product features and improvements that align with our strategic goals
• Engage with our users to gather insights and feedback using this information to refine product strategy and feature development
• Work closely with engineering product design and business intelligence teams to ensure successful product releases and market adoption
• Foster a culture of innovation within the team encouraging experimentation and the exploration of new ideas to meet user needs

Your profile

• A degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management with a proven track record of launching and growing digital products
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and lead crossfunctional teams
• Experience in usercentered design and agile development methodologies
• A deep understanding of data analysis tools and methodologies with the ability to translate insights into actionable product features
• Passionate about building community and making a positive impact on urban living environments
• Thrives in a startup culture with a handson approach and a willingness to take on diverse challenges
