Production and Industrial - Quality Assurance Inspector

Job Description: Manage the completion of batch records memos to file and other documentation associated with the batch record.
Complete batch record review within the allotted timeframes per SOP.
Coordinate the storage and retrieval of all batch records from the batch record archives.
Maintains current database records.
Responsible for maintaining archive room space routine archiving of batch records utilizing ThermoFishers randomized storage program.
Prepare batch records for transfer to offsite storage facility as outlines in associated SOPs and WI.
Responsible for the destruction of outdated records storing all documents associated with batch record and creating approved record copies for client.
Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner.
Prepare and locate batch records for pack out processing using DPS system for shipping in designated area and according to daily schedule.
Applies current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) in all areas of responsibility
Demonstrates and drives the ThermoFisher values Integrity Intensity Involvement and Innovation (The Four Is)
Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
Support Pack Out staff with Batch Record Review and Material Tag Verifications when necessary
Performs other duties as assigned.
