Restaurant Assistant General Manager

• Assist General Manager in a high volume full service upscale casual dining restaurant
• Excellent people management skills used to manage and motivate a diverse employee group on a daily basis with a team effort orientation
• Ability to train coach develop and motivate team
• Must know how to control costs
• Guest relations management supervision of all staff and staffing levels
• Build great team

• A minimum of 2 years of current experience as an AGM in a fullservice high volume casual dining restaurant
• Both FOH and BOH management experience
• Familiar with P&L management
• Approachable management style
• Passion for service and great food
• Ability to create a fun environment and great culture
